First and foremost, I am a Christian, a follower of Christ. I am a daughter of God by His grace shown to me in Christ Jesus. I seek to glorify Him in all I do, say and think and to know, love, and trust Him better.

I am a college freshman majoring in English at a small Christian liberal arts college. I have a wonderful biological family and am blessed to have an equally wonderful church family.

I love to write and read! The written word is such a powerful tool that we often take for granted. Our culture is so obsessed with the media, with spoken word and visual images. These are wonderful things, and they are often used in God-glorifying ways. However, too easily, we may underestimate the beauty of the written word.

Created to be a Help is a place where I post essays, articles, and interesting facts I come across. You will find Bible verses, quotes, book reviews, and hopefully other things along that nature in time.
